Supplier data

Get impact data from your suppliers, without the spreadsheet chase.

Ask suppliers by name, adopt what they publish in the Impact Registry, and let their figure replace the proxy in your model. Where there is no supplier data yet, the AI reads their spec sheet.

How Sustained does it

Invert the data collection project.

  1. 01

    See who already publishes

The Registry attaches to your existing supplier list: which suppliers publish, under which identity, and auto-map suggestions on your raw materials that never blur a binding with a name match.

  2. 02

    Request data from a supplier

Addressed to the organisation, not a listing. A Sustained customer answers in-app by publishing; a supplier who is not a customer gets an invite to a form that needs no account, reviewed by you before it goes live.

  3. 03

Adopt it, or bind a purchased good to it

Adoption takes a point-in-time snapshot into your workspace with the source recorded. Binding makes the listing stand in for a purchased good's model, kept current automatically.

  4. 04

Read the provenance on every line

Primary, registry, override or secondary, as a ladder on each raw material and a SUSTAINED REGISTRY badge on every report line that used it, naming the publisher.

What you get

Supplier data that lands in your model, not in your inbox.

Consent-first for the supplier, provenance-first for you. Data is refreshed on a 24-month cycle with reminders to the publisher and a feed to you.
  • Registry requests and listings

Request by supplier, discover with semantic search, adopt with the production gate enforced.

  • Purchased goods bound to listings

Supplier figures replace the modelled proxy; the model is locked while bound and swept for changes.

  • Provenance on every line

First-party share surfaced everywhere; every report line names its dataset, supplier or publisher.

  • Supplier analytics

Attributed impact, concentration, largest suppliers, origin exposure and single-source lines, with a scorecard per supplier.

  • Spec-sheet extraction

PDF, Word, Excel or email in; a structured, calculable product out, with confidence-graded matches.

  • Refresh feed

What was refreshed, is expiring or became unavailable, computed per adopter. Pull-only; the Registry never emails your staff.

Most hospitality businesses ask their suppliers for emissions data. The Restaurant Group decided to help them measure it. Tazaki Foods has footprinted over 1,000 products and is now sharing granular emissions data with their own suppliers.
