How Do I Export Impact Data for Many Products?

Select products in Sold products and download their impact data as one CSV, per kg or per unit, up to 1,000 products at a time.

A product report shows one product. To take the figures of many products into a spreadsheet or another system, export them together as one CSV.

Exporting

  1. Go to Products > Sold products and select the products you want. See Moving existing products for the ways to select several at once. The bar at the top of the list counts what is selected and shows what you can do with it.
  2. Click the download icon (Download impact data as CSV).
  3. Choose Export per kg or Export per unit.

One export takes up to 1,000 products.

Getting the file

The file is prepared in the background, so you can carry on working. A File download(s) panel at the bottom right of the screen shows the file while it is getting prepared, then says it is ready for download: click Download to save it. If it failed to generate, Dismiss it and try again.

Stay in Sustained until the file is ready: the panel is not kept if you reload the page or sign out.

For one product's figures, use the Export as CSV buttons on its report, or Download summary report for a PDF to share.
