How Do I Download a Volume Report as a PDF?

Save any view of a baseline, historical report or volume forecast as a PDF, with a cover page and, if you choose, your company's logo.

Included in Footprinting and above

Each view of a baseline, a historical report or a volume forecast downloads as a PDF of its own: the PEF and GHG overviews, and the Risk and Data quality views. There is no PDF of the whole report; download the views you need one at a time.

Downloading a view

  1. Open the report and pick the view in the lens menu at the top right: PEF, GHG, Risk or Data quality, where your plan includes them.
  2. Click Download PDF at the top of the view. It reads Preparing PDF… while the page is made ready.
  3. Your browser's print window opens. Choose Save as PDF as the destination and save. The file is already named after the workspace, the report, the view and the date.

The full report behind See Full Report is not downloaded as a PDF. Its tables export as CSV.

What is in the PDF

  • A cover page naming the report, the view and the workspace, and on the overviews the period (or, for a forecast, its cycle), with the date it was generated.
  • Every section opened out, so nothing folded away on screen is missing from the file.

If your company has a logo, Download PDF asks first: With [company]'s logo puts it on the cover beside Sustained's, and Sustained only leaves it off. You choose at each download, so the same report can go to a customer with your logo and to a colleague without it.

A Global Admin adds the logo. Click your name at the bottom of the left rail, choose Company settings, and on Details click Upload logo beside Logo. Use a PNG or JPEG of up to 2 MB, then click Save changes. The logo is also offered on product summary reports and heads the emails Sustained sends on your behalf, such as your requests to suppliers.
