This Cookie Policy explains how Unimagined Limited ("the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our") uses cookies and similar technologies on Sustained, accessible from www.sustained.com (the "Website"), and on the sign-up pages of the Sustained Impact app at impact.sustained.com/signup and impact.sustained.com/signup/complete (the "Sign-up Pages"). It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files that are placed on Your computer, mobile device or any other device by a website. They are widely used to make websites work, or work more efficiently, as well as to provide information to the owners of the site. Cookies can be "Persistent" cookies, which remain on Your device until they expire or You delete them, or "Session" cookies, which are deleted as soon as You close Your web browser.
How We Use Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies in three ways, and we ask for your permission before setting any that are not essential:
- Strictly necessary: needed for the Website to work and to remember the choices You make in our cookie banner. These cannot be switched off.
- Analytics: we measure how the Website is used with Plausible Analytics, a privacy-focused service that works without cookies. It stores nothing on Your device, does not build a profile of You, and does not track You across other websites; visitor counts are derived from a one-day, non-reversible hash and are aggregated and anonymous. Because nothing is stored on Your device, no consent is needed for it, but You can switch it off at any time in the banner and we will stop counting Your visits. While analytics is on, we also keep the campaign tags of the link You arrived by (for example, that You came from a LinkedIn advert) in Your browser for that tab only, and pass them to the Sustained Impact app if You go on to sign up there, so we can tell which advert led to the sign-up. Switching analytics off deletes them.
- Marketing: if You allow it, we use the LinkedIn Insight Tag to measure our LinkedIn advertising (for example, whether a campaign led to a demo request or a sign-up) and to show relevant Sustained adverts to people who have visited this Website. These cookies are off unless You turn them on. With the same permission the tag also loads on the Sign-up Pages; it is not loaded anywhere else in the app.
Your Choices
When You first visit, a banner lets You Accept all, Reject non-essential, or Manage choices category by category. Rejecting is as easy as accepting, and nothing non-essential is set until You decide. You can change Your mind at any time through the Cookie settings link in the footer of every page. Withdrawing marketing consent stops the LinkedIn tag from loading and removes the cookie it set on this Website; cookies that LinkedIn set on its own domain can only be removed through Your browser or Your LinkedIn account settings.
The choice You make here also applies on the Sign-up Pages, which read it and do not ask again; to change it, use Cookie settings on the Website. If You have not made a choice, the Sign-up Pages set no marketing cookies.
Your choice is remembered for 12 months, after which we will ask again. We will also ask again if the cookies we use change.

Forms, Booking and Email
When You submit a form on the Website (for example, "Book a Demo" or a support enquiry), the information You provide is sent to us by email so we can respond. This does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If You book a demo, the appointment picker that appears after You submit the form is provided by Google Calendar and loads from Google's servers; Google may set cookies on its own domain when it loads.
