Cookie Policy

Last updated: September 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Unimagined Limited ("the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our") uses cookies and similar technologies on Sustained, accessible from www.sustained.com (the "Website"). It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.

What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files that are placed on Your computer, mobile device or any other device by a website. They are widely used to make websites work, or work more efficiently, as well as to provide information to the owners of the site. Cookies can be "Persistent" cookies, which remain on Your device until they expire or You delete them, or "Session" cookies, which are deleted as soon as You close Your web browser.

How We Use Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies in three ways, and we ask for your permission before setting any that are not essential:

  • Strictly necessary — needed for the Website to work and to remember the choices You make in our cookie banner. These cannot be switched off.
  • Analytics — we measure how the Website is used with Plausible Analytics, a privacy-focused service that works without cookies. It stores nothing on Your device, does not build a profile of You, and does not track You across other websites; visitor counts are derived from a one-day, non-reversible hash and are aggregated and anonymous. Because nothing is stored on Your device, no consent is needed for it, but You can switch it off at any time in the banner and we will stop counting Your visits.
  • Marketing — if You allow it, we use the LinkedIn Insight Tag to measure our LinkedIn advertising (for example, whether a campaign led to a demo request) and to show relevant Sustained adverts to people who have visited this Website. These cookies are off unless You turn them on.

Your Choices

When You first visit, a banner lets You Accept all, Reject non-essential, or Manage choices category by category. Rejecting is as easy as accepting, and nothing non-essential is set until You decide. You can change Your mind at any time through the Cookie settings link in the footer of every page. Withdrawing marketing consent stops the LinkedIn tag from loading and removes the cookie it set on this Website; cookies that LinkedIn set on its own domain can only be removed through Your browser or Your LinkedIn account settings.

Your choice is remembered for 12 months, after which we will ask again. We will also ask again if the cookies we use change.

Marketing cookies are only set once You have turned Marketing on. The LinkedIn cookies are set and controlled by LinkedIn Corporation; the definitive and current list is in LinkedIn's Cookie Table, and LinkedIn's use of the data is described in its Privacy Policy.

Plausible Analytics sets no cookies and uses no local storage. Details of what it collects are in Plausible's data policy.

Forms, Booking and Email

When You submit a form on the Website (for example, "Book a Demo" or a support enquiry), the information You provide is sent to us by email so we can respond. This does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If You book a demo, the appointment picker that appears after You submit the form is provided by Google Calendar and loads from Google's servers; Google may set cookies on its own domain when it loads. It is only loaded because You asked to book a time, and it is not loaded anywhere else on the Website. For details of how we handle the personal data You submit, please see our Privacy Policy.

How to Control Cookies

Most web browsers allow You to control cookies through their settings. You can usually set Your browser to refuse cookies, delete existing cookies, or alert You when cookies are being sent. Please note that if You disable strictly necessary cookies, some parts of the Website may not function correctly.

To find out more about cookies, including how to see what cookies have been set and how to manage and delete them, visit www.allaboutcookies.org.

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the cookies we use or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will post any changes on this page and update the "Last updated" date above.
